Ordering

What forms of payment do you accept?
This website accepts all major credit & debit cards.

How secure is this store?
This store uses Stripe for payments. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure. 

How do I specify colours, charm themes etc. for my order?
Simply use the drop-down options or add a note at checkout. If you have any other details /requests add them in the note at checkout or you can contact me.

 

Can I order an exact item from your website?
Generally my items are one-offs, so it is not always possible to replicate an exact item from my website. I cannot guarantee the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on the screen. The pictures are examples of the items I make. Please include details of your preferences when you order or feel free to contact me prior to ordering to discuss your preferences, or visit my nuMonday shop for ready made items.

 

Do you make pieces to commission?

Yes, please get in touch, I would love to hear from you and will try and meet your requests. Most items are handmade to order, so I can make you an item in a certain colour scheme to match an outfit, or incorporate your personal buttons, beads and charms into your item. Look at my commissions page for more information, or contact me.

 

Can I have an item sent direct to someone else?

If you would like your purchase sent to someone else, or sent as a gift, please let me know and I can send it straight to the recipient with a handwritten message at no extra cost. Please let me know the delivery address and any message details at checkout.

 

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

You the customer have the unconditional right to cancel your order in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If for any reason you would like to cancel your order contact me up to the seventh day after receiving your order. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, see my returns policy below for further details.

Shipping

Dispatch times

I aim to send all orders out within 3 working days. Generally, my products are made to order, and this can take a little longer at busy times. If you need an item quickly do contact me and I will try my best to accommodate you.

Delivery Costs

Postage and packaging within the UK is free. International Shipping varies between countries and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery method

All UK orders are sent First Class with the Royal Mail and should take 1-3 days to reach you after dispatch. Overseas orders are sent by “International Signed for” with the Royal Mail Airmail and should take 5-10 days.

Packaging

Care is taken when packing your item to help ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. I sometimes use recycled packaging materials where suitable. Please contact me if your item arrives damaged in any way.

Delivery to a different address

If you are sending your purchase to someone else, or as a gift, please let me know and I can send it straight to the recipient with a handwritten message at no extra cost. Please let me know any message details at checkout or contact me.

Returns

I hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not please do get in touch with me as soon as it arrives. I offer a no quibble returns policy if contact is made within seven days of receiving your order and the item is returned to me within thirty days in unused condition.

I am happy to refund, or exchange for an item that would suit you better.

If an item is faulty then please contact me as soon as possible. I am happy to repair or offer a full refund or exchange.

The postage on returning an item will be at cost to the buyer apart from in the instance where the item is faulty, or the wrong item has been sent. I cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to me. If returning a product to me, please retain proof of postage.
